NEWS: Outer Town takes over Old Market for a day of multi-venue live music
On Sunday 16th April, a host of much-loved independent live music venues will open their doors once again for a musical extravaganza of underground talent.

The hype for 2023’s Outer Town’s day festival in Old Market, Bristol has been building since the beginning of the year. After an incredible first year in 2022, on Sunday 16th April a host of much-loved independent live music venues will open their doors once again for a musical extravaganza of underground talent. This year, venue To The Moon is taking part as well as Ill Repute, Old Market Assembly, Exchange, Elmers Arms and Glitch. A total of 40 different acts will play the festival across 8 stages (Exchange are also opening their basement for the event).

The line up this year is a solid one with lots of local favourites like Swelt, The Pleasure Dome and latest line-up additions Grandmas House and Blue Bendy among lesser-known gems. Events like these are a wonderful way to experience and discover new bands for the first time – there’s nothing like falling in love with a new sound at a live gig!
With a DIY market selling exclusive merch, unbeatable vegan food provided by the festival’s main partner Moor Beer, and even the opportunity to get a tattoo at Glitch, Outer Town promises to be a incredible event.
