Writing Submissions Portal
We are on the hunt for writing ready to publish on our website and social platforms.
This is a great opportunity to promote your pre-existing work OR to try something out you’ve never done before. We are here to shine a light on the young people in our city.
Your writing could be anything:
- Perhaps you have an article or blog post about a gig you’ve been to recently
- Wanting to review your favourite book
- A poem you’ve wanted to share with the world
- A piece of creative writing about a topic you care about
- Maybe you want to try out your journalism skills and interview someone you know
- You’ve written an essay that would resonate with our readers

Criteria:
- This portal is for writing ready to be submitted. If you are interested but still have some questions, feel free to get in touch !
- Please keep writing to 1000 words or less
- All writing should be original to the author
- All writing will be subject to edits from the Freestyle Bristol team
